Capebuffalo Exchange Policy

At Capebuffalo, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  1. Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including original tags.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
  4. Time Frame: The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Note: We do not accept exchanges or refunds for products purchased on sale or offer, Buy 2 Get 1 Free products, slippers, or trending products unless received in a damaged condition.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Item:
    • An unboxing video is required to claim damage.
  2. Defective Item:
    • An unboxing video is required to show the defect.
  3. Size Issues:
    • If there is a size issue, customers need to share a picture of the product with a measuring tape. If our size chart is proven wrong, we will provide a free return label. Once the return is received, we will offer a refund, coupon code, or replacement.
    • If the size chart is correct but the product does not fit, you must return it to our Factory at your expense and share the tracking details. Upon receiving the return, we will send you a confirmation email and offer a replacement or a coupon code.
  4. Missing Product:
    • An unboxing video is required to claim any missing items.
  5. Wrong Product Received:
    • Please provide pictures of the wrong product received, including a photo of the size tag if applicable.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • Package Condition: Do not accept the package if it is tampered with or damaged.
  • Video Quality: The video should cover all sides of the package and be taken from a distance to show the full opening process. It must be a single, continuous video with no pauses or cuts.
  • Content: The video should clearly show the opening of the package and highlight any damage or discrepancies with the number of items.
  • Submission Deadline: The unboxing video must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Damage Consideration: Small marks and scratches are not considered damage.
  • Resolution: If any breakage or missing item is confirmed, we will refund or exchange only for the number of pieces broken or missing after reviewing the 360-degree opening video.

Easy Exchanges

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Exchange Request:
    Visit our exchange request page or email us at support@capebuffalo.in to initiate a reverse pickup. The reverse pickup will be arranged within 24-72 hours of your request.
  2. Return Shipping:
    A reverse shipping fee of INR 150 per product will be applied. We’ll handle the pickup from your address, charging only what our logistics partner charges us. Alternatively, you can ship the product back to us at your own cost and share the receipt via email.

Credit Note

  • Store Credit: Items returned will be issued a store credit coupon valid for 6 months. The coupon value will equal the returned product amount, excluding shipping costs.
  • Coupon Code: The coupon code will be sent to your email after we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse. Use this code in the discount section during checkout on your next purchase within 180 days.
  • Account Use: If you have an account with us, simply log in to use your store credit.

International Orders

  • Exchanges: No exchanges or returns are applicable on international orders.
  • Custom Charges: If the customer refuses to pay applicable custom charges during delivery, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Details

  • Reverse Pickup Charges: The customer must bear the reverse pickup charges.
  • Domestic Orders: Reverse pickups are available only within India and are chargeable.
  • No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide monetary refunds, and prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen logistics issues.

Additional Information

  • One-Time Exchange: Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be in their original packaging with the original tags attached, must be unworn, unwashed, and should be folded and packaged properly. They should not come with any odor or stains. If the return does not meet any of these conditions, there will be a deduction from the refund amount based on the product's returned quality.
    • We will accept returns from an order based on the discussion you have with the support team. If you return any extra product, it will not be accepted as a return and no refund will be issued.
