Returns & Refunds
- Store Credit for Sale Items: All items on sale must be settled through a store credit note only. Direct refunds are not possible.
- In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is damaged or not in good condition, you may exchange it within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging along with original tags.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
- No exchanges or returns are applicable on Buy 2 Get 1 Free products.
- No exchanges or returns on slippers or trending products unless received in a damaged condition.
Exchange Process
- Reverse Shipping: The reverse shipping cost will be INR 150 per product. We will arrange for the pickup from your address, charging only what our logistics partner charges us. If you prefer not to pay for reverse shipping, you may ship the product back to us and share the receipt via email.
- Initiate a Reverse Pickup: To request a reverse pickup, please contact us at support@capebuffalo.in or reach out via WhatsApp at +91-80683-01594. We will arrange the pickup within 24-72 hours of your request.
- Credit Note:All items purchased from our website can be exchanged or returned for a store credit coupon valid for 6 months. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding reverse shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code.
The coupon code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Please save this email for future reference.
The coupon can be used for future purchases within 180 days on our website and must be applied in the discount section during checkout.
The coupon code will be generated only after we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse.
Important Notes
- We have made every effort to display product colors accurately on our website; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the true color of the products.
- No returns or exchanges are applicable on international orders.
- Customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
- Pre-paid orders cannot be canceled once placed; there are no refunds.
- We are not liable for any delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen logistics issues.
